The Sol Grill room & Lounge, located within the Holiday Inn & Suites Osoyoos BC is currently looking for a Line Cooks to be part of our great team for either Breakfast service or Dinner service.

The Sol Grillroom and Lounge is committed to providing a great culinary experience for our customers to match the fabulous views from the restaurant.

A Cook is responsible for understanding and preparing dishes as per the menu and work on a line as part of a team all focused on providing a great experience for all our customers. Currently Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Additional Duties:

- Recording food temperature
- Preparing reports

**Salary**: $15.65-$22.21 per hour

**Experience**:

- Culinary: 1 year (preferred)
