**Overview**
We are currently hiring an entry-level Dental Lab Technician - Model Room to join our growing production team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong hand skills and a passion for detail-oriented craftsmanship to build a long-term career in the dental technology field.

No prior experience required training will be provided by experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities**
- Pour and trim dental gypsum models with accuracy and care
- Duplicate working models from impressions and casts
- Pour and trim master dies to laboratory specifications
- Trim and refine margins on master dies for precision fit
- Articulate models using a variety of dental articulators and mounting techniques

**Qualifications**
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to fine detail
- Willingness to learn technical procedures and operate laboratory tools
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with precision
- Positive attitude and eagerness to be part of a team
- Previous experience in a lab or dental environment is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
