**Advanced Glass Inc is a busy and growing automotive, commercial and residential glass business, looking to fill a Shop Manager role, as soon as possible.**

Are you experienced in all aspects of the retail glass business and looking for a long term career with unlimited potential? If you have the required skill set, we want to meet you. Please note**:_Retail glass shop experience is mandatory; auto glass installations, residential installations, etc._**

**Specific Skills Required**
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all retail glass shop daily operations, including but not limited to: automotive, commercial and residential sales and services
- Determine staffing requirements
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Recruit, hire and train staff
- Manage and resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages

**Business Equipment and Computer Skills**
- Word processing, spreadsheet, accounting software, electronic mail
- Point of sale system

**Financial Benefits**

Base salary plus bonus. Hourly wage will depend on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
