**RETAIL ASSOCIATE ROLE DETAILS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints (in-store and online)
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Fulfill online and in-store pick up orders
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Receive inventory orders and stock shelves
- Execute events from planning through to clean up
- An openness to learn and grow one's product knowledge and be aware of industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational abilities to maintain a tidy store
- Proven customer service experience in a retail setting
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive in completing tasks while working independently
