**Position**:
As Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing all production schedules. You will ensure that production plans align with demand forecasts, regulatory requirements, and operational capacity while minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Collaborating with production, supply chain, quality assurance, and inventory teams to ensure schedule feasibility and resource availability.
- Working closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to align production with shipping schedules.
- Monitoring and adjusting schedules based on changes in demand, production delays, or equipment availability.
- Ensuring compliance with EU-GMP requirements and internal quality standards.
- Analysing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Preparing and presenting regular scheduling and performance reports to management.

**Requirements**:
This is a brand new role to the team, so we are looking for a versatile, proactive, problem-solver who is ready to be part of building something exemplary.

To be successful in the role, it is essential you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in production scheduling or planning, preferably in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of EU-GMP requirements and production compliance standards.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a driven, cross-functional environment.
