We are seeking a skilled and hardworking **Apprentice or Journeyperson Parts Technician** to join our team. Our Parts Technician's are responsible for maintaining and distributing parts, supporting our customers’ needs & ensuring our service center is operating efficiently. This person will work with our service team, retail customers & dealer network to ensure proper parts are ordered and processed accurately while building effective inventory control habits.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Retail Experience &/or Knowledge.
- Written and Verbal Communications skills are required.
- Teamwork skills.
- Inventory Management & Control.
- Sales knowledge and Experience.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail - The ability to pay attention to small details to ensure accuracy and avoiding defects/errors.
- Comfortable with driving a forklift.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receiving, inspecting and processing incoming inventory.
- Processing outgoing parts orders and facilitating pick-up/shipping of orders.
- Source, Order and supply a wide range of trailer parts and accessories to our respected customer groups.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure inventory control practices are being met.
- Provide Excellent customer service and support.
- Continuously cycle counting.
- Focus on providing and maintain a clean organized environment.
