Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and assess their device repair needs in both English and French.
- Promote and sell our repair services, accessories, and protection plans to customers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our repair services and products, including pricing, options, and warranties.
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for repair services and complete transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including the display and inventory of products and accessories.
- Follow up with customers after the repair to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, including individual and store sales goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including repairs, technical support, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using our customer relationship management system.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate technical knowledge of our repair services and products.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
