Data Center Technician

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware and software systems
- Monitor data center performance and ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support to end-users on various platforms
- Implement and maintain network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Linux and MacOS operating systems
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles
- Experience with firewall configurations and security protocols
- Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and resolution
- Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware components
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.54-$26.72 per hour
