- Keep our commercial and residential clients happy
- Keep our staff engaged, safe and inspired to be the best
- Keep our equipment well maintained
- Develop our crew

**Skills**:

- Ability to problem solve
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Superior interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing a team

**Experience in an outdoor environment / manual labour preferred.
