Housekeeper/server

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by performing cooking tasks when required
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning activities
- Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial settings as needed
- Handle carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Support housekeeping management with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards

**Skills**
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Familiarity with floor care methods and equipment operation
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus
- Previous hotel experience is beneficial for understanding guest expectations
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
