Sustainable Business & Impact team creates, catalyzes and enables implementation of strategy and programs that manage social and environmental impact opportunity and risk, and facilitate the integration of our Impact Agenda to achieve 5-year goals.
**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Manage effective responsible supply chain operations through the development and management of key data-driven projects (eg. vendor categorization for the right-sized responsible supply chain monitoring.
- Lead and manage the design, implementation and operations of sustainability and quality management system as part of a cross-functional systems project (SQMS) and ensure integrity of data in the system e.g. assessment, CAPA plan, Supply Chain data integrity and mapping.
- Deliver accurate data, KPIs and reports including for both internal and externals.
- Develop the RSC process and documentations e.g. SOP for the RSC team and/or with x-functional teams for excellence RSC operation. Including the regular review and version control.
- Lead and develop the training and education to accelerate the effective RSC works.
- Seeking opportunity to enhancing the agile RSC operations e.g. vendor categorizations, risk assessments, other means of assessment e.g. SLCP.
- Advise cross functional partners (sourcing, production, procurement) on processes to integrate responsible supply chain considerations into core vendor engagement and sourcing practices.
- Provide input into the development and implementation of the broader SQMS system to ensure its effectiveness.
- Provide input into key internal and external Impact reporting initiatives.
qualifications
- Project Management skills or sustainability education is a bonus.
- Experience in social compliance and responsible supply chain, preferable in apparel supply chains operation.
- Knowledge of systems & process development, implementation and project management.
