Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum Railing Installer to join our team. As an Aluminum Railing Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of finished aluminum railings on a variety of projects, including single-family homes, townhouses, and high-rises. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects and the satisfaction of our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install finished aluminum railings on residential and commercial properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, and high-rises.
- Read and interpret installation plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of railing installations.
- Measure and cut aluminum railing components to fit specific project requirements.
- Securely attach railings to structures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure proper alignment and levelness of railings during installation.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete installations within specified timelines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the finished installation meets high standards and customer expectations.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Identify and report any installation issues or concerns to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Aluminum Railing Installer, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of installation techniques for aluminum railings, including proper measurement, cutting, and attachment methods.
- Ability to read and interpret installation plans and blueprints.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in railing installation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
