This position is responsible for performing all aspects of shipping, receiving and warehouse organization. You will be the primary focus for all inbound and outbound freight, shipment of goods to our customer via ground, air, and ocean, initial quality control of inbound goods, overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and, in collaboration with others, will be responsible for inventory control.

**Detailed Responsibilities**
- Prepare all related documents, weigh bills, packing slips, QA packages and other shipping documentation as required
- Package goods for transportation ensuring they are safely and securely packaged and labeled to arrive at our customer’s location in the best condition possible
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against packing slips or related documents and forward information on discrepancies
- Unpack, document, label, locate, and route goods to appropriate area
- Scan and save inbound documents in appropriate folders as required
- Liaise with Operations to ensure all required documents are prepared properly and sent with the shipment
- Pick goods accurately for outbound orders
- Complete regular cycle counts; playing active role in annual inventory counts
- Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse
- Organize and label inventory as required
- Other duties as assigned

**About You**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience with documentation with regards to shipping and receiving
- General valve knowledge or experience working in an industrial setting
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual French/English
- General computer literacy with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manoeuvre heavy packages
- Forklift certification an asset
