- Valid driver's license and clean 5 year commercial driver's abstract
- Curious mind and desire to learn
- Van/reefer and deck experience
- Physically fit and able to complete demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- know how and be able to chain up, know hours of service, load securement etc Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
