We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Dental Receiving Technician to join our Calgary team and support our production and customer service operations.

About the Role

As a Digital Dental Receiving Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming digital dental cases, verifying prescriptions, and creating accurate work orders for production. You will play a key role in ensuring that all case information is complete and properly documented before processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect digital dental cases from clients.
- Verify prescriptions and case details for completeness and accuracy.
- Create and enter work orders into the DLCPM Customer and Production Management Database.
- Communicate with dental offices to clarify missing or ambiguous information.
- Document and distribute any amendments or design changes to relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and data handling protocols.
- Coordinate with milling and printing departments for case handoff

Qualifications:

- Experience in dental administration or lab operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and prescription formats.
- Proficiency in data entry and case management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
