**_BIS Safety Software_** is a fast-paced, high-growth organization providing leading software for the safety industry. We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time MS Excel specialist to assist with data import who has a passion for outstanding customer service.

The successful applicant for this position will possess strong MS Excel skills and a passion for reviewing, sorting and compiling data from multiple sources into a clean, concise and uniformly formatted excel templates. This team member will work closely with our team to assist with all ongoing data import and upload projects.

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate upload of client data into our software platform
- Working closely with the Client Success team to configure client data into cleanly formatted excel templates (for this role, advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required)
- Convert existing customer documents into digital forms within our proprietary software
- Provide beginner to intermediate frontend coding solutions for clients upon request, utilizing programming languages such as Javascript, CSS, and HTML
- Testing software bug fixes and new feature cases for accuracy
- Testing online training course files (SCORM) as needed
- Occasionally support Client Success team members by joining client calls online to provide detailed insight into data migration
- Take on addition task and projects from both the Client Success and Customer Experience team as prioritized in our project management software

**Preferential Qualifications**:

- Possess strong MS Excel and Word skills
- Experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP
- A minimum of 1 year data entry experience

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript considered an asset
