**Job Title: Sales Associate**

**Starting Pay**: $18.40 per hour + tips

Liquor and More at Glen Lake is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Unload pallets and restock shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a valid Serving It Right certification.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and communicate technical information when necessary.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $18.40 per hour

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (required)
