Export/Import Manager

Freight Forwarder is seeking an experienced IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE / DOCUMENTATION person to join the team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving issues. Full time. Benefit plan available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries
- Dealing with incoming import shipments
- Invoicing, handling paperwork and communication with steamship lines and overseas agents
- Assisting clients with customs clearance and shipment door delivery
- Handling import files on a daily bases

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in import shipping field is required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
