**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Assist in the preparation of job sites, including setting up forms and frameworks for concrete placement.
- Build the forming for concrete pouring
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, including moving materials and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred to understand equipment operation and maintenance.
- Experience with concrete finishing techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to construction tasks.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
