Kitchener, Canada G&L Group (IND-ES) Full time

Seeking a Loader operator who will be responsible for the daily tasks of loading and maintaining stockpiles, which may include physical and manual labour.

Regular working hours:
Monday - Friday start and end times will vary depending on weather.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with the dispatch/order desk to receive job orders and product specifications; plan for material production and execute product distribution.
- Organize, maintain an obstructive-free work area and safely operate all machinery/equipment.
- Operate within the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Perform pre-operational checks on all machinery and equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Perform basic machine adjustments, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to exercise regular visual concentration in the use of all equipment and tools, equipment functioning (especially conveyor belts and rollers), product production and job site work efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Professional Development**:

- 1 + year experience as a Loader Operator.
- Communicate efficiently and act in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Exercise regular visual concentration in the use of all equipment, tools and equipment functioning (especially conveyor belts and rollers), product production and job site work efficiency.
- Sustain working outdoors and exposure to extreme temperatures (hot, dry, windy, rainy, cold, wet).
