Part Time Cleaner

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize custodial equipment and power tools safely and effectively to complete cleaning assignments.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests or concerns from facility occupants promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility occupants.
- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools related to cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
