**In-Home Sales Consultant**

**GTA West - Ontario**

Pella Corporation is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant for the Western side of the GTA. We need a confident, outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on challenges. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun work environment with a high degree of independence. We are looking for someone with a competitive drive, an engaging personality, and a strong determination to become the leading In-Home Sales Consultant in the industry.

**In-Home Sales Consultants at Pella will**:

- Achieve sales targets by adhering to Pella’s In-Home Sales processed during consultations.
- Take ownership of the sales process by:
o Assessing customer needs

o Conducting accurate on-site measurement and providing quotes

o Capturing the sale and providing delivery schedule

o Follow up after product installation
- Gain new business through networking and referrals
- Utilize electronic systems and software to quote products and manage customer interactions
- Continuously strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Individual's motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements
