We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the kitchen. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices, making batter and sauces
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is cooked properly and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
