**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operate a robotic welding cell.
- Lifts and loads parts per instructions.
- Observes robotic operations.
- Cleans machine, work area, during and after production.
- Assists in analyzing and resolving work problems.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to read Shop Drawings and Production Orders
- Uses measuring instruments
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fabrication/Machine shop industrial environment experience is a benefit
- Experience in CAD/CAM a benefit
- GMAW Welding Experience is a benefit
- Journeyman Welder not required but is a benefit
- CWB Certifications not required but is a benefit
- Familiar with Quality and Lean Principles
