Construction Foreman

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for planning, tracking progress, and documentation
- Oversee quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations
- Manage on-site safety procedures and conduct regular safety meetings
- Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating to control costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Lead and supervise construction crews, providing guidance and resolving on-site issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, inspections, and progress reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices
- Proficiency with industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites
- Strong skills in budgeting, construction estimating, and resource management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively
- Familiarity with construction site protocols, schematics interpretation, and building codes
- Prior experience using construction management software for project coordination is highly desirable
- Valid experience in supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments
