Warehouse Associate

Skyline Group is a Canadian company that manufactures and sells roof safety and access systems such as permanent ladders, guardrail, and walkway systems to clients throughout Canada. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate and support our warehouse operations and activities with a goal to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The Warehouse Associate's responsibilities include receiving, sorting, loading, unloading and storing of materials, picking, packing and scanning orders, and performing of other various warehouse activities.
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Adequate knowledge and proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to lift or move heavy objects

**Duties Include**:

- Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately and promptly
- Use equipment and company property carefully and responsibly ensuring no damage
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) as requested. This may include inspecting products for defects and damages
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
