Breakfast Server

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic morning person to join our Breakfast team. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while taking orders accurately, and maintaining a CLEAN and welcoming atmosphere.

**Available Shifts**:
**5 DAYS A WEEK 5 am to 11:30 am with alternating Wednesdays or Tuesdays.**

We are ALWAYS closed on Mondays for Breakfast So days off would alternate between Monday and Tuesday off OR Monday and Wednesday off. You will ALWAYS be off work by 11:45 latest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bathrooms and dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls, accurately enter Take Out orders and enter guest reservations.
- Ensure daily and weekly checklists are completed by end of shift.

**Requirements**:

- Previous SERVING experience is REQUIRED
- Valid Serving It Right Certificate
- Non-Slip, Closed-Toed, Black Shoes
- Must be 19 years OR older (legal age to make alcoholic beverages)
- MUST be available Saturday AND Sunday Mornings (including Mother's Day AND Father's Day)
- MUST be available for 5 am opening shifts
- Must be able to work independently, as some days there is only 1 server on the floor.

**Perks & Pay**:

- Starting wage is $18/ hour with increase AFTER training period.
- Tip Pool - Varies depending on the day, but approx. an extra $5 to $10/ hour

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 34 per week
