**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team

Degree Fitness is Seaforth's premier fitness facility. With a clean and bright atmosphere with everything you need to help your clients and our members have the best 30 or 60 minutes of their day. You'll learn how to help people move better, be healthy and help them be happier

As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging fitness classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and motivate individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead group fitness classes and/or personal training appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and healthy living
- Develop and implement engaging workout programs tailored to various fitness levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages member participation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their fitness goals and progress.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by inspiring clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience and certification(s) (ie. ISSA CrossFit L1, CanFit Pro) as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role.
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and conduct classes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of individuals.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivation among participants.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Must be available for a minimum of two evenings per week and one morning as well as a Saturday class rotation (~every fourth Saturday)

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
