**Job Description: Superintendent for 6-Storey Woodframe Project in Vancouver**:
**Position Title**:Superintendent

**Location**:Vancouver, BC (Main Street)

**Salary Range**:$140,000 - $150,000 per year

**Job Overview**:Our client, a leading general contractor in Vancouver, is looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage a $23 million, 6-storey woodframe project on Main Street. The company is well-regarded in the multifamily, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all construction activities for the 6-storey woodframe project.
- Ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols and procedures.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Superintendent in woodframe construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
