**StretchLab Aurora Newmarket is NOW Open Located at Bayview Avenue & St. John’s Sideroad, we are the first StretchLab location in York Region**

We are seeking Kinesiologists to become Flexologists - certified stretch professionals.

**About the role**:
As a Flexologist, you'll provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients. This part-time role (20-35 hours/week) starts immediately with a comprehensive training program including online modules, a two-day in-person intensive at a GTA StretchLab & additional practical hours. Successful completion of StretchLab’s proprietary training is mandatory. The position involves hands-on work with clients, and requires consistent availability including weekend and evening shifts, with potential for full-time hours as demand grows. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional assisted stretch sessions.
- Develop personalized flexibility programs.
- Maintain client safety and adhere to policies.
- Ability to write effective client notes in a consistent and timely manner.
- Assist with studio tours and sales.
- Promote StretchLab through social media and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification (highly preferred) in or working towards completion in a relevant field (e.g., kinesiology, personal training, chiro, PT).
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to create an client experience that sells itself - ability to effectively communicate the power of stretching to prospects & existing clients
- Passionate about health, wellness, and stretching.

**Compensation**:

- Base pay: $17.50/hour + *bonuses for stretch sessions.
- $12.50 per 50 minute stretch
- $6.25 per 25 minute stretch
- Opportunity to earn new member commissions

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
