Traits we are looking for:

- Finance/Sales Manager or equivalent experience.
- Proven record of exceeding industry standards for product penetration and $/copy.
- High performing, driven individual.
- Ability to communicate fast and effectively with the banks, management team and sales dept.
- Ability to get contracts funded quickly after signing a client.
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple clients at once.
- FCA/Stellantis (Chrysler) Experience a large benefit.
- Time management skills.
- Team player mentality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $140,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- automotive finance: 1 year (preferred)
