Supervisor - Operations - Landscape Maintenance

For this role, the scope of work will include (but not limited to):

- Overseeing/ working with landscape crews as well as confirming that executed tasks are completed professionally, as per company policy
- Responsible for property clean up as well as services within current contracts
- Aiding in the assistance of mechanical breakdowns, deliveries, pickups, transporting of equipment etc.
- Assisting in the preparation between summer maintenance and winter maintenance season, includes property prep. (Removing or installing stakes along curbs, installing or removing plows on trucks etc.)
- Assisting in hiring of future employees to fulfil the necessary roles, recommending changes to create better efficiency in day-to-day operations.
- Provide weekly updates on operations and staff.
- When facing down-time, general maintenance such as equipment checking and testing for proper function e.g., checking hydraulic lines for any tears and or leakage, noting deficiencies needing attention and filling out the appropriate work order forms.

**Must demonstrate the following**: PPE enforcement, Leadership skills, attention to detail, Organizational skills, positive energy, proper communication towards employees and customers, enforcement of company protocol.

**Must be able to provide**: A clean Criminal record abstract and a clean Drivers abstract as well as hold a Valid 'G' Class license and the ability to operate large trucks with trailers.

**Must have**:

- Experience in management and supervision of a team of people
- Experience with Microsoft office and/ or some sort of certification
- At least **3 years** experience as a landscaper
- Transportation **to and from** the work place
- Supply PPE (Safety Certified boots, appropriate clothing)

**Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Minus 30 min Lunch per day)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
