**Job Summary**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, taking phone orders and ensuring a smooth flow of service in the restaurant. A passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with phone orders,inquiries and reservations, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host/host area

**Skills**
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality
- Experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred
- Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Proficient communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Previous experience in Restaurant environments is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
