**Company Overview**:

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Construction Estimator who can help us continue our growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with project managers and other teams to assess project scope and schedule.
- Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction phase.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or timelines.
- Provide support during the bidding process and assist in the preparation of tender submissions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all phases of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vaughan, ON L4L 6E2
