MARKETING MANAGER - AI, SYNTHETIC MEDIA & GAMES Transitional Forms (transforms.ai) Term: Full-time employment Location: Remote (must be legally authorized to work in Canada) Pay range: CAD$65,000 - $80,000 Transitional Forms is an independent studio that specializes in the innovation and development of dynamic media. Based in Toronto, Canada, we're using cutting edge AI technology to develop and produce brand new experiences to power the next frontier in synthetic entertainment. We are looking for a creative, strategic and highly motivated Marketing Manager to bring our brand and offerings to the next level As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing innovative marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives. You will need to stay ahead of the curve on all the latest trends and technologies in the AI media and entertainment industry and use your research skills and experience to create compelling campaigns that engage and delight our target audience. You will work closely with the Head of Studio and Community Manager to set goals, create campaigns, and analyze the performance of these campaigns. You will be expected to deliver on these responsibilities: - Implement innovative, creative, and successful communication strategies and tactics to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales; - Define target audience and develop strategic marketing campaigns for phased adoption and growth; - Design and implement effective campaigns to reach target audiences through digital and emerging channels; - Establish metrics for the success of marketing campaigns and track progress; - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns; - Utilize a variety of analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance and optimize campaigns as required; - Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to ensure that our brand and properties remain competitive; - Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners; - Identify new opportunities to expand the reach and impact of our offerings; - Develop compelling content and messaging to support marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals; - Develop and manage marketing budgets; - Maintain a deep understanding of customer and market needs; - Maintain a high level of knowledge on industry trends and best practices.
