**Role Description**:
Knowledge in Docbroker Plus, Post Processor, OMR, Barcodes, Enveloping, Sorting, Interactive objects etc
Design and develop high-quality templates and customer communications using OpenText Exstream.
Collaborate with customers to capture requirements and translate them into functional designs.
Test and validate crafted documents to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Maintain and update existing templates as necessary to reflect changes in business requirements or branding.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to OpenText Exstream.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of projects involving customer communications.
Deep knowledge in developing and documenting forms design and specification with working experience on OpenText Exstream.
Template design & development experience using OpenText Exstream.
