**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a caregiver in a senior care environment. This position is ideal for those who have experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or working with individuals with disabilities. The caregiver will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing support and assistance with daily activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any changes in health status
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist residents during mealtime
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties
- Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Support individuals with dementia by employing specialized care techniques tailored to their needs
- Document care provided and report any concerns to the nursing staff or management

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or senior care is preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration and caregiving best practices
- Experience working with people with disabilities is a plus
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks and maintain a tidy environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
