**Responsibilities**:

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection ovens, flat top ranges, steam tables, tilt kettles and refrigeration equipment.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
- Restock all items as needed throughout shift.
- Clean and maintain all equipment and areas of the kitchen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
