Salary:
**Position**: Production Coordinator

**Department**: Production Management

**Reports to**: Factory Manager

**Based at**: Factory - Vancouver BC

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Prepare spreadsheets and other related reports
- Manage and organize garment notions and pieces
- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to, updating paperwork and organizing documents
- Create sales orders and purchase orders
- Create and scan sewing step tickets for tracking
- Monitor and order stationery and other Factory supplies
- Issue and manage samples through tracking chart
- Other duties as required to support the overall production process

**About you**:

- High school diploma or associate degree
- Strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Self
- starter that works well autonomously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced Factory environment
