This Store Manager position is located in North Battleford, Saskatchewan which the cost of living is 16% lesser than national average.
What we offer:
A salary base of $50,000 and will be re-discussed after 3 months of employment.
We offer performance bonus pay after 3 months of employment.
We will provide relocation assistance up to $3000.
Must be able to travel for training, all expenses covered. Training will consist in floral design, computer systems used in the store, day to day management operation

Must be able to relocate with company assistance

What we want from you:
You will be responsible for the day to day assisting running of the store.
You must have strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Have the ability to work under pressure.
Have the ability to motivate a team, lead from the front and roll your sleeves up
Must be able to work shift work, weekends, holidays and irregular operations on the 3 major flower industry holidays
Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price
Develop and implement local marketing strategies
Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

Previous restaurant or store management position or floral experience an asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Store Managers: 1 year (preferred)
- retail management: 1 year (preferred)
