A big part of what makes Quartech so successful is our people - and we're looking for a lot of them this year In support of our ambitious hiring plans we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to grow our established Talent team.

This role is a hybrid position, in Victoria or Vancouver, BC.

**In this role, you'll...**
- Work with LinkedIn Recruiter, and experiment with other sourcing strategies
- Support internal projects with the Resource Management and People & Culture teams
- Use metrics and reporting to evaluate the success of recruitment initiatives
- Keep up with recruitment best practices and tech sector news, bringing forward suggestions and strategies based on your knowledge

**To be successful in this role, you should bring the following...**
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with exposure to technical roles
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
- Comfort working with technical tools like ATS, HRIS, MS Office
- Understanding of social recruitment tools, especially LinkedIn
- Familiarity with the roles and skills that make up modern technical teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to proactively network, put others at ease, and effectively manage relationships with everyone from the C-suite to co-op students
- Great communication skills - you know when and how to adjust your messaging based on your audience
