_Qualifications_:

- Must be 19 years or older
- Clearance from a criminal record check
- Strong interpersonal skills with a variety of age groups
- Enrollment in or degree from a post secondary program of Psychology, Educational Psychology, Special Education or another related field is an asset, but not a requirement
- Autism Spectrum Disorder specific coursework, training or workshops an asset, but not a requirement
- Experience working with clients who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Requirements_:

- Must provide a copy of a current criminal record check
- Consistent availability is required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willing to travel

Our approach is centred upon what will work best for you and your family’s needs. We believe in working closely with the family, caregivers, school, and community to ensure that all needs are met. Our team is made up of highly trained Behaviour Consultants, Interventionists, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Clinical Counsellors who teach life, language, academic, social, and coping skills. We reduce challenging behaviour by identifying the function and teaching appropriate alternatives. Our services range from Positive Behaviour Support, to academic tutoring, to feeding therapies.

We provide services across Vancouver Island, BC.
