Five Star Bath Solutions of Ottawa is a 100% women-led bathroom remodeling company dedicated to providing high-quality, stylish, and efficient bathroom transformations. We prioritize customer satisfaction and a seamless experience from the first call to project completion.
We are looking for a **Customer Success Manager** to manage client interactions, confirm and set appointments, and conduct outbound calls to potential customers. If you have strong communication skills and a proven track record in customer service, we’d love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **outbound cold calls** to potential leads and follow up with inquiries.
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system.
- Manage the appointment calendar, ensuring efficiency and prompt scheduling.
- Address client questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline the customer journey.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance the client experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven**experience in customer service, call center operations, or sales (minimum 2 years** **preferred).**:
- **Strong track record in appointment setting, cold calling, or client follow-ups.**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using **CRM software** and scheduling tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $24,000.00-$66,471.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
