The successful applicant must be an organized individual able to plan and set site priorities while promoting our business. Understanding the importance of customer relations and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork and mentoring of other employees.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist batcher/dispatcher scheduling and batch selection
- Operate batch plant as required
- Understand plant mechanical operation and oversee plant repairs
- Troubleshoot batching problems
- Ability to operate mixer trucks, loaders, and tractor trailers would be considered an asset
- Assist with inventory management (by truck or offloading of ships)
- Manage employees
- Various administration duties
- Assist in training and mentoring other employees

**Customer Relations**
- Build relationships with customers and industry
- Assess customer concerns
- Job site inspections and site solutions
- Assess concrete issues on job sites

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Understand concrete and its correct use
- Previous management experience
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
