**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Manager, Online Transactions, the Analyst supports the Ecommerce department. The incumbent develops and modifies processes, assures that all issues are fixed efficiently and monitors systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform order reconciliation on a daily basis;
- Ensure that all orders are entered into the system and move to the distribution center or stores;
- Collaborate with and support Ecommerce business system users to investigate issues, assessing the impact and expediting resolutions;
- Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data;
- Researching issues, developing and presenting recommendations for improvement;
- Conduct testing and validation of discount coupons, promotions and campaigns;
- Monitors performance of the websites and their administrative systems.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum two years of experience as an Analyst;
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other Ecommerce platforms is required;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- French (written & spoken) is required for this position.
