**OBJECTIVE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement and support MS Fabric and Power BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to gather data and reporting requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models, KPIs, and performance-optimized solutions.
- Analyze initiatives, requests, projects, and change requests to assess impact and feasibility.
- Provide insights using advanced analytics, KPI tracking, and forecasting models.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, business stakeholders, and other partners.
- Conduct data validation, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis for data inconsistencies.
- Leverage Power BI Service for publishing, sharing, and securing reports.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MS Fabric, Power BI, industry trends, and best practices.
- Contribute to documentation and reference structures for business rules and best practices.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Power BI: Data Modeling, Dax, Design Interactive and Insightful Visualizations, Performance tuning, Dataflows
- MS Fabric: OneLake, Lakehouses, Pipelines, Dataflows, Notebooks.
- Python: Python scripting, Data manipulation, Medallion architecture, Git.
- SQL: Strong knowledge for querying, transformations, and optimization, an asset
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Machine Learning.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree in computer business intelligence or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years experience in Data, Analytics, or BI. Demonstrated experience with Power BI dashboard development and data modeling. Hands-on experience with MS Fabric.
- Experience collaborating with business analysts to define data and reporting requirements.
- Expertise in data environments, including Lakehouses, SQL DataWarehouses and data modeling.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in an understandable way.
- Team oriented and collaborative.
- Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Dynamic, autonomous and resourceful.
- Bilingualism (French and English).

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Microsoft Power BI Certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with AI & ML models for augmented analytics.
- Knowledge of Dynamics F&O data structure.
- Experience with the Wholesale and Fashion Industry.
