- Paligo is now looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our global Customer Experience team, and to be a part of our rapidly growing team _

**About the role**
As a Customer Onboarding Manager you will be leading the entire onboarding process for new customers, from training to implementation to first value, ensuring the customer receives value from their purchase of Paligo’s CCMS as quickly as possible. You will Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Paligo functionality and industry benchmarks. You will also be delivering detailed training sessions that educate and enable new users, detailing the benefits of the software, effectively communicating value to the customers and installing confidence in the product along with advice on Paligos best practices.
You will also:
- Involve and project manage consulting resources when required (Information Architecture or strategy consulting etc.).
- Create or enhance onboarding processes.
- Provide detailed reporting on training progress for both customers and Paligo Management including feedback on training post completion.
- Ownership of maintaining and updating Paligo's online learning courses including scheduling resources and sessions for new customers.
Paligo has developed a reputation of delivering fast and friendly support, and the Customer Experience team is a vital part of that.
**About you**
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager with experience in training or project management preferably supporting a complex SaaS product and we know you have knowledge within Technical Writing and CCMS or HAT solutions. We also know that you are a self-motivated & result oriented individual with clear structure and organizational skills who enjoy interacting with people and helping them solve problems. We also think that you are a well articulated and passionate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust quickly changed priorities.
We also imagine that you have some of the following points in your resumé:
- LMS experience
- HAT, CCMS experience
