**Position: Line Cook (part-time openings)**

**The Role at a Glance**:This position plays a key role within our hotels. We are looking for pastry and baking cooks who want to learn and develop their craft whilst gaining experience from our culinary leadership team who have domestic and international experience.

**Your Day To Day Duties**:

- Prepare and deliver a high quality and delicious pastry and dessert experience for our guests
- Partner with the overall culinary team to drive the culinary vision for our guests
- Create flow on the line by ensuring up to date knowledge of inventory levels at your station and timely delivery of food orders
- Execute on menu items
- Take accountability for the safety and cleanliness of your station, and the quality of product you present
- You will work towards achieving individual and team goals
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**You have**:

- A passion for culinary arts and have creative culinary presentation skills
- Prior experience preparing quality pastries and baking preparation
- Versed in food safety to ensure the highest standards are executed
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Other duties and tasks assigned by your manager, as required

**Special Requirements and Certifications**:

- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds
