Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Helper to join our team in the food industry. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation, handling, and service to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Help with meal assembly and plating under the guidance of the cook or chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies
- Support the cook or chef in monitoring cooking times and temperatures
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
- Assist with dishwashing duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
