Looking for a customer service representative to join our team at our location on Waverley Road in Dartmouth, NS. Must be professional and friendly, able to communicate with laundromat and dry cleaning customers, make accurate change for customers using the washers and dryers, answers phones, keep up with wash-dry-fold demands of all "Valet Laundry" dropped off, maintain the cleanliness of the establishment and work with the cash register and POS machine. (Training is provided) Your schedule is on a 2 week alternating basis. Week one is 3 weekdays (9-6pm shifts). Week two is two week days (9-6pm shifts) plus Saturday and Sunday (9-5pm). **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: From $15.20 per hour Expected hours: 27 - 34 per week Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - Dartmouth, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer service: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
